Yesterday, Sunday, the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, discussed with the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, the unification of media discourse and the precision of terminology in keeping with the government's political and diplomatic approach to regional issues, the support of drama, and the promotion of positivity.
Mr. al-Hakim's media office stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the head of the Wisdom Movement, during his meeting with the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, discussed the unification of media discourse and the precision of terminology in keeping with the government's political and diplomatic approach to regional issues, the support of drama, and the promotion of positivity."
Mr. al-Hakim called for integration between the network and the Board of Trustees to serve Iraqi media, emphasizing "the importance of informing citizens of the achievements made and maintaining media coverage of the current government's efforts in the field of services."
He pointed to the need to update tools to keep pace with technological transformations in the field of media, emphasizing "the importance of supporting drama and producing dramas that shed light on the challenges facing society."
He stressed the importance of the network's media approach keeping pace with Iraq's political stance on regional issues, particularly the crises in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, indicating that media support is one of the most important tools of support Iraq provides to these sister countries and peoples.
