The Iraqi Sports Satellite Channel was established on June 12, 2005, in response to the strong passion for sports shared by the majority of Iraqi society, especially the youth. The channel is dedicated to showcasing Iraq's sports achievements in all their forms and branches to the world. It does so by broadcasting local sports leagues and tournaments of all kinds, with a particular focus on the Iraqi football league, as well as covering international championships and conducting interviews with prominent figures in the sports community. The channel has achieved significant advancements in coverage, quality, and modern broadcasting techniques, continuously striving for excellence and innovation.

The Turkmen Channel was established in 2014, targeting Turkmen citizens and broadcasting in the Turkish language. It has an office in Kirkuk, considered the main hub for the Turkmen community. The channel's headquarters and broadcasting center are located in Baghdad, within the Iraqi Media Network building.
